The service is amazing accompanied by the food including the fresh baked bagels and cream cheese, Mac and cheese, cold pressed teas, and panini pressed sandwiches!
We stopped here for dinner and were eagerly anticipating it since our town doesn't have a Panera. The prices seemed high for what you get while the quality was good but not great. We purchased some asiago bagels to go and they were stale which was a bit disappointing. The staff had a bunch of younger employees who were goofing around while we were in line waiting. Overall still a 4 out of 5 from us as the food was good... not great... but could have been worse.
I don't usually come to this Panera location as often as I'd would want to...but I might start to! Grace (I hope that's her name!) was at the caisher and she was super friendly and helpful! I was a bit indecisive about which salad to eat, and she listed the contents in the salad (which I appreciate since I'm watching what I eat lol). She was so patient with me and I really appreciated that! In addition, also accomandating with me when I asked for dressing on the side. Ended up getting half Cesar salad. The amount of dressing on the side wasn't a lot, but I made it work. I looove the baguette that comes with salad, sandwich and soup! Probably will come back again!
